Daniel Cox

1st Year SBM CDT DPhil Student

I was born and raised in a small village near Aberdeen, and also spent a few years living on an RAF base in Cyprus. I came to University College for my undergrad, during which I undertook a year-long synthesis project in the Dixon group, under the careful supervision of Roman. I have now returned to the group to continue my quest. Outside of the lab I enjoy taxidermy, knitting, and playing basketball. Due to a change in circumstances, I no longer collect tungsten lightbulbs.
