I was born and raised in Nanjing, China. I received my B.A degree in Chemistry from Ningbo University in 2019 under the guidance of Professor Junfei Luo. My research focused on the synthesis of biaryl compounds, and C–H activation of arenes relying on directing group strategy. Then I joined the Dixon group to pursue my DPhil degree in Organic Chemistry and continue the research on C–H functionalisation. Outside of Chemistry, I love fishing, strolling and trying something new.
