Dr Dong-Hang Tan

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

I was born and grew up in Hengyang, China, and obtained my PhD degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou under the supervision of Prof. Honggen Wang. During my PhD studies, I focused on developing new strategies for the synthesis of organoborons and their applications. I then spent two years as a postdoc in the Dixon Group, followed by a postdoc in the Lipshultz group in New York. I have now returned to the Dixon group for a second postdoc, working on enantioselective methodologies. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, running and reading.
